Mission

To raise individuals who are sensitive to current problems encountered in the field of Educational Administration, who have the ability to produce solutions to these problems by approaching them scientifically, and who can produce solutions to these problems at regional, national and global levels through scientific research at undergraduate and graduate levels, and who can contribute to the field of educational administration at national and international levels through their scientific research.

Vision

Based on the idea that educational administration is a professional area of ​​expertise; to be a department that is recognized in Türkiye; primarily preferred by graduate students; conducts scientific projects and research in the field of educational administration at national and international levels; cooperates with public, private sector and non-governmental organizations at regional, national and international levels; and trains its students as professional and competent scientific experts and practitioners in the field of educational administration.

Graduation Requirements

A student who is about to graduate must first successfully complete all of his/her courses and take 240 ECTS courses.

Employment Opportunities

Our students who graduate from this program by earning a postgraduate diploma; receive the title of scientific expert in the field of education and school administration and education inspection; can work as administrators in the Ministry of National Education and private educational institutions, and can also work as lecturers in relevant departments of universities. In addition to pursuing a postgraduate career, our graduates can find promotion opportunities in different public institutions and the private sector.
