Mission
Science Education, with its undergraduate program based on contemporary approaches in undergraduate education; is to train students who are aware of contemporary measurement-evaluation approaches, can organize teaching activities in line with technological developments, can use different teaching methods and strategies in teaching processes, and can follow the studies carried out in the field.
Vision
To be a department that will increase students' skills such as teaching-learning methods and strategies, self-study, lifelong learning, observation, teaching others, presentation, critical thinking, teamwork, and effective use of informatics.
Graduation Requirements
A student who is about to graduate must first successfully complete all of his/her courses and take at least 157 credits and 240 ECTS courses.
Employment Opportunities
Our graduates can work as science and technology teachers in public or private educational institutions. They also have the opportunity to work in many areas as academic staff in relevant departments of universities. Graduates can find career opportunities in various fields in public institutions and private sectors. They can also continue their education with master's and doctorate degrees and have an academic career.
